New York City Sports Tour: 6th –13th September 2016

This tour is a sports lover’s dream! In the space of a week in New York you will see the men’s semi-finals of the US Tennis Open, a Major League Baseball (MLB) game at Yankee Stadium and a National Football League (NFL) game at the MetLife Stadium, Meadowlands, on the opening weekend of the season.  In between all that wonderful sport, we will show you around one of the greatest cities in the world and give you plenty of free time to do your own thing.  There is also an option to see New York Liberty v Seattle Storm in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) at Madison Square Garden or Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band live in concert in nearby Philadelphia

Tue 06 Sep Fly London to New York. Upon arrival mid afternoon, private transfer to the hotel for check in. Join us this evening in the hotel bar for Welcome drinks
Wed 07 Sep Join us this morning for a private 4 hour Manhattan tour – From the ‘Battery’ to the ‘Circle’.   Afternoon/evening at leisure. Options this evening to attend New York Liberty v Seattle Storm in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) at Madison Square Garden; or see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band live in nearby Philadelphia.
Thu 08 Sep Day at leisure to do your own sightseeing, shopping etc. Late afternoon transfer to the Yankee stadium for the MLB Yankees vs Tampa Bay Rays baseball game.
Fri 09 Sep This morning we transfer to the Arthur Ashe Stadium for the U.S Open Men’s Semi Finals. Play starts at 12:00 and you will see the Mixed Doubles, followed by both the Men’s Semi Final matches.
Sat 10 Sep Morning at leisure.  This afternoon we take a private 4 hour tour of Harlem, followed by a two hour early evening cruise to see the Statue of Liberty and New York Skyline.  Dinner included.
Sun 11 Sep Today we depart for MetLife stadium to attend a pre-game “tailgate” party prior to the opening game of the New York Jets season as they host the Cincinnati Bengals.
Mon 12 Sep Day at leisure. An opportunity for some last minute sightseeing or shopping, before our mid-afternoon private transfer to the airport for our return flight home
Tue 13 Sep Early morning arrival into London Heathrow
